Yes, the pepper-collection chalets in Lech am Arlberg can be booked year-round. However, during the shoulder-season months of May, June, October, and November, much of the tourist infrastructure on the Arlberg is scaled back — stays are therefore most rewarding during the summer and winter months.

Yes, Lech am Arlberg has a medical centre with an on-site pharmacy. Further general practitioner care is available in nearby St. Anton am Arlberg, and the closest hospital is located in Bludenz.

Pets are welcome at some of our chalets in Lech am Arlberg, though this does not apply to every property. Please contact us directly with the breed and weight of your pet.

Booking & Terms

In winter, prices start from €900 per night for 6 guests including breakfast; this can vary considerably depending on the chalet, season, and number of guests.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% payable 8 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card via a payment link.

No cancellation costs apply up to 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% applies. From 30 days before arrival, as well as in the case of early departure, the full arrangement is charged at 100%.

The deposit is paid by bank transfer or payment link; on site, cash, credit card, and debit card payments are accepted. No security deposit is required.

Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.

The minimum stay is generally 2–3 nights, depending on the season and property (during high season, we require a minimum length of stay of 7 nights). However, for short-notice inquiries, shorter stays are often possible as well — feel free to contact us directly.

Yes, the Pepper-Collection chalets are excellently suited for weddings, corporate events, and larger private celebrations. The maximum number of guests is 30–35 people.
